At The Frankie Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, including intimate apparel and final sale pieces, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
